Reflecting on Advando Group's Q1 Meeting As we close a productive first quarter of 2024, the Advando team (virtually) gathered to celebrate our collective achievements and the strides we've made towards our goals. It's incredible to see how much we can accomplish when we come together, even if it's through a digital screen. This quarter, we've not only met but exceeded our targets, a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team. Our journey of global expansion is well underway, with promising explorations in new markets. We've strengthened our partnerships and seen our consultancy services grow, bringing new clients and opportunities to our doorstep. The introduction of the TACS Framework to industry leaders and the doubling of technology delivery through TACS in our projects are milestones we're particularly proud of. The insights from our first TACS Advisory Board meeting are already shaping the future of our service offerings. But beyond the numbers and the achievements, it's the exchange of knowledge and ideas that truly drives us forward. Our Q1 meeting was a vibrant hub of discussion, where every team member's voice was heard. Week 32 of being a commercial account executive I: 1. Closed Won 3 deals 2. Ran 18 Demos Once you get a few closed won deals, its hard to stop. Gotta keep the momentum going. Thats what works for me at least. This is my 6th deal this month. I think its important to note that I went back to my last few months where I was closing 100k/month. I noticed a trend, closing small-medium sized deals but closing them fast. I’m replicating that this month and so far its been working. Learning Lesson: If you’re in a rut, go back and see what used to work and try to replicate it. Lets keep it going 🙌🏽

Early days for the REE exploration, but these initial assays speak for themselves and warrant further investigation. We have not lost focus on the main game out at Tampu, but the REE potential simply cannot be denied. We look forward to another busy year as we advance Tampu towards production #kaolin #HPA
