Although I personally believe that this will lead to the advent of a new set of jobs in the world of data security for AI which will culminate in another set of AIs to do the same job but this case study shows how we can do so even today

The advertising sector possibly has the highest level of #AI adoption, given the opportunities it offers to the creative industry. However, along with the opportunities it presents, there are several legal risks and challenges—issues around ownership of content, privacy of data, AI bias, authenticity of prompts, to name a few. We worked with The Advertising Standards Council of India to produce this white paper highlighting some inherent legal risks and ways to mitigate them.
