This week at our team meeting we did an exercise called “Go To The Board”. The whole team stood up and publicly declared their goals for the rest of the 4th quarter, as well as all of 2024. But it’s not just aspirational goals - they had to be specific, actionable, and measurable. You want to sell 30 houses next year? Great, what are you willing to do to make that happen? How many calls are you committed to making every day to make that happen? How many conversations are you going to have every day/week? Accountability is the highest form of love you can give someone in this business and this team is committed to holding our agents accountable to the goals they’re setting for themselves. These goals represent 331 sales in 2024. That’s a hell of a lot of real estate for a tough market and we’re committed to that number.
