Director, AI Governance Lab at the Center for Democracy & Technology | Advancing robust, technically-informed solutions for the effective regulation and responsible development of AI systems

On April 15th, the Center for Democracy & Technology is teaming up with the K&L Gates Endowment for Ethics and Computational Technologies at Carnegie Mellon University and the Georgetown Law Institute for Technology Law & Policy to bring together a fantastic program of machine-learning (ML) researchers and engineers, policymakers, lawyers, and civil society for a day of invited talks and panels on the nuts and bolts of generative AI evaluations — where the technology is, what policymakers and civil society say they want from evaluations, and concrete gaps between the two. In-person capacity in DC is limited, but anyone interested can tune in to the livestream! Learn more at https://lnkd.in/edr__eCg #genlaw #genAI
