Building Lanai, The AI Empowerment Platform. Let's empower humans to achieve the extraordinary.

Career news for me, and hopefully you too:) TLDR: I am joining Lanai, the AI Empowerment Platform, as Co-Founder/CEO (https://withlanai.com). Let's empower humans to achieve the extraordinary! We are hiring a stellar team in Palo Alto CA. Come build with us, especially if you care about architecting generational tech you can trust. More context below. *** There has been so much written about who has the biggest and best large language model! Is it Sam, Dario, Jeff, Sundar, Elon, Zuck, someone else? But we all know: it's not the size of the models that counts ... it's how you use them 😉 . Post-Senate campaign, I became curious: how will workplaces and workforces get real value from so many Generative AI models, tools, and services? Turns out, nothing exists to help businesses focused on that question.  Until now. I’m fired up to join Steve Herrod (original CTO at VMware, phenomenal eng leader, investor and human), as Co-founder / CEO of Lanai to fill that gap. Accelerated by foundational work and funding by Steve and the Juxtapose team, with input from fantastic CIOs and CISOs over the last year (you know who you are!), as well as additional investment / thought leadership from Bilal Zuberi / Lux Capital, we are building a critical and currently missing Gen AI system of record for enterprise companies that collectively employ a huge portion of employees worldwide. Lanai is based on the premise that companies need to lean into lots of different Gen AI services to stay competitive.  But you can only gain durable advantage if you can see clearly how employees are interacting with Gen AI, protect against the bad stuff and help accelerate the positive use cases.  Lanai is built for CIOs, CISOs, AI Counsels and organizations who need that visibility, security, support and want to collaborate in trusting partnership with their employees (not as a tops down mandate or blocker/big brother tool).  If you want to co-create Lanai as an early adopter or employee, check us out. We’re Palo Alto based and build everything with the best of artificial and human intelligence:)
