Congratulations to the Wide Field Of View (WFOV) team for being recognized at the NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration Honor Awards. The Group Achievement Award recognized the successful launch and early orbit operations for the WFOV program. Annette Rivas, Walt Eilers, and Miranda Rising attended the ceremony on behalf of the Stellar Solutions team including Janet Grondin, Jennifer Luce, Brian Benjamin, Michelle Black, PMP, Jeffrey Fernandes, Rick Luce, Onorio Marsella, Craig Reitz, and Natalia Saidoglu. Global sea levels have surged by approximately 10 centimeters between 1993 and 2022, as demonstrated in this animation. Moreover, the rate of sea-level rise is currently accelerating. Presently, global sea levels are increasing at a pace of 0.13 inches (3.3 millimeters) annually, marking a 30% increase since NASA initiated its initial satellite mission to monitor ocean heights back in 1992.
