Hello! I am thrilled to share some updates about my current internship experience at Rudler. It has been an incredible journey so far, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight some of the many aspects that make this internship so great. 💡 Former Intern Spotlight: ✨ Six Parker ✨ started his Ruppert career as a summer intern in 2023 and is now a Field Manager in our Dulles, VA landscape management branch. 🌳 🌿 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱: "I first heard about Ruppert from one of my buddies who also completed his internship with Ruppert and is now working at the Alexandria, VA branch...I learned a lot while riding around with my managers checking properties and just hearing them point out things that should’ve been done and things that I need to look for in the field as a Field Manager." 🌿 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴: "Now, instead of me asking a question to a coworker about the job, I’m the one that’s answering any questions that my team may have...One piece of advice I would give somebody is just to gain the most information you can as an intern before you jump into a higher position with more responsibility." My summer internship with Chtrbox has begun. It has been smooth going through the training sessions and experience how the professional world works so to speak! I had joined the company to learn something new and come out of my comfort zone and that’s exactly what I am doing.
