TIME recently announced a new kind of CEO - Chief Event Officer. If people didn't crave REAL LIFE interactions and experiences, this position wouldn't exist. But it can be hard to know which #event is right for you. A few things to consider: 🧔👩 Is the audience attending the event is a good match to your current customer profile (or a target customer profile if you're launching something new)? 😍 Are sponsorship options "cookie cutter" or can you customize an experience that properly showcases your brand? ❣ Is exclusivity an option? If you want to be the only <what you do>, then ask about exclusivity! 💪 Short staffed? If you don't have teams available to physically be at the event, then ask about other ways to be involved. For example, is there a music stage with a major headliner? Or another experience already happening that you can sponsor? 🌟 Working with reputable event companies will help to ensure the event is well-attended and highly-regarded. 👍👍👍 Which also means increased awareness and positive associations with your business. 😄😄😄

I love working on event sponsorships! ✨ One of the key initiatives I lead in my role is overseeing event sponsorships, and I'd love to share why I find this aspect of my job so exciting: 1) Networking: Event sponsorships give me the opportunity to connect with professionals in the Human Performance & Wellness Industry. Meeting new people and forging meaningful connections is a highlight of this role. 2)Getting Creative: Sometimes, a standard sponsorship package just won't cut it. That's when my creativity kicks in. I enjoy delving into the sponsor's needs, brainstorming innovative solutions, and tailoring sponsorship options to maximize their return on investment. 3)Community Building: There's a ton of incredible organizations out there eager to boost their brand exposure by supporting our events. It's a win-win situation, where we help them shine while enhancing our own events. 4)Enhancing Event Experiences: Sponsors play a huge role in elevating event experiences. They bring tremendous value through resourcing, exciting giveaways and unique experiences. Right now, I'm in the midst of finalizing sponsorships and partnerships for two major events at work this September.
