Evan Kirkham (of Outlier) defines product-led growth as a 5-step process: 1. Feedback collection 2. Thanking users for feedback 3. Triaging feedback 4. Developing the feature 5. Closing the feedback loop with users "For each one of those steps Canny's actually been really great," says Evan. Check out the full case study here to learn more about how Outlier uses Canny for product-led growth. #casestudy https://bit.ly/3J0wplO

Vertical slices in solution - most of you probably heard of it or read in one of many posts here or other places 📢 But have you ever heard about vertically sliced features? Instead of implementing full features that are going to take you a month or more, you split it into fully usable parts. Then, after implementing the first part you observe users behaviours and listen to their feedback. When a feature is not used and there is no feedback, then you drop it and forget about it. When it is used and there is feedback, you extend it with other vertical slices and so on. Example? Imagine a checkout page in eshop 🛒 First slice covers listing of articles in form of text and total price summary + order button. Second adds thumbnails and price for each article. Third adds possible payment types info. Fourth adds a carousel with articles that you might like. And so on. Each slice is fully usable. In case of a failure, your company might save a lot of money - instead of 1-2 months spent on a fully blown feature, you spend only a week and then drop it 🤑 Want to hear more about it? A while ago I recorded a YT episode: https://lnkd.in/ddAV-gc3 Let me know what you think about this approach. Do you use it in your projects? #softwaredevelopment #software #mvp #startup

✨🚀 Excited to revil my latest project "Movie recommendation system" Matrix factorization and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) are techniques used in recommendation systems to make personalized suggestions to users. They work by breaking down the user-item interaction data into latent factors or features that represent underlying preferences and characteristics. A movie recommendation system analyzes user behavior and movie attributes to suggest personalized movie choices. By understanding user preferences and similarities between movies, it predicts what a user might like, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction. ProgrammersTech

Today, Rattle launched the next generation of its platform to help revenue teams execute their strategy like never before. The two specific pieces I loved: - Atlas 🗺️: First-of-its-kind process visualization that allows RevOps to document & automate their sales processes and fix any gaps they find immediately. Digest 📄: A delightful one-click solution for sales reps who want to quickly update their CRM. These tools, now part of Rattle’s Process Automation toolkit, signal a complete upgrade for RevOps who yearn to be more strategic — and for revenue teams who’ve wanted (even needed) to turn their sales process into a competitive advantage. #revops2point0 Check it out: https://lnkd.in/esDvDyDn Amazing job, Sahil, Apoorva Verma, Milan Singh and team! Go Rattle!
I'm incredibly excited to announce the launch of the next generation of Rattle. As you will see, with this launch our hope is to elevate RevOps to RevOps 2.0. After speaking to 1k+ RevOps professionals over the last 3 years, it is clear one of the biggest challenges that RevOps has is - spending too much time on tactical work (chasing reps for data hygiene and process adherence) vs. working on (and influencing) strategy. We thought about this problem from the ground up and came up with a solution that is a first in the revenue world. In fact, that is the reaction we have received from anyone who has seen it - "I've never seen anything like this". But I know it is easy to get carried away with the uniqueness of one's own product. That is why we gave early access to our customers a few months ago and then brought Mark Gremban, Kieran Snaith and David Ma into a studio to talk about their team's reaction. And boy are the reactions through-the-roof positive. If you have some time today, I'd encourage you to go check it out here - https://lnkd.in/gUVrrAVc. This is easily our biggest launch-to-date. The link above has full demo videos and how customers are leveraging it (all available without being gated). I am confident you won't be disappointed. Go RevOps 2.0!
