Our Enterprise team recently launched a new feature, Design Library, a hub for editing efficiency features that will transform how Enterprise customers manage multiple websites. You can read more about Design Library here: https://lnkd.in/eBY4jbxu We asked Account Manager, Graham White what skills he frequently uses to support some of our top customers as an Enterprise Account Manager. Here's what he had to say: "You need a really diverse set of skills when working with Enterprise customers. In addition to being a product expert, you have to be a strategic thinker, align our solutions with the customer's needs, and be adaptable to new situations and challenges. Strong communication skills are also essential in my role. I need to clearly articulate complex ideas, negotiate effectively, and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from C-suite executives to operational teams, internally and externally."

Squarespace is a terrible platform with a lacklustre technical support team. My business website on Squarespace has been down for twelve days due to a Squarespace problem that their technical team can not solve.

Squarespace perhaps you'd be better investing in Customer Service staff, I have been trying all day to get a reply and no staff appear to be available to help. Hundreds of £ have unexpectedly been taken from my account and there is no way of getting through to anyone.

Ok, #squarespace. I do not get ignored. I am hitting every possible social media outlet, as well as #squarespace job posts until I get some assistance. I am letting people know how miserable their lives will be if they take a job there. Next up I am targeting #Permira, the global private equity firm who helped them go private in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $6.9 billion. #squarespace is a mess right now. The company that I am working with is having to tell all of our clients to move their domains away from #squarespace. Ever since the acquisition of google domains #squarespace has been an absolute disaster. They have shut down all avenues to get support. I have tried everything offered, and many customers are in a bad place right now due to #squarespace’s lack of attention to this. I am going to start posting publicly on any and every platform I can until I get some answers.
