After 3 weeks of hard work, we've made it 🚀 Quick context 👇🏼 My capstone team at GrowthX® was given the task to 4x the number of monthly savers for @Jar from 1.2M → 4.8 by 2024. Sounds crazy, right? 🤯 We spent 21 days creating a holistic sustainable growth strategy for @Jar, all while maintaining our demanding full-time jobs. It was not easy, but it allowed me to sharpen my problem-solving skills & gain unwavering confidence in my abilities. These are the individuals who attend our webinars, conferences, hangouts, read our reports, and join our conversations. They gain exposure to expert insights, working processes, frameworks, and, in some cases, access to templates and professional networking opportunities. To date, we have had over 800 unique participants, and the number continues to grow. Secondly, the employers of these participants benefit significantly. Participants apply their newly acquired skills, knowledge, and templates to their workplaces, enhancing their performance and ultimately benefiting the business. From our latest data, our participants represent over 100 organizations across Africa.
