One client shared their surprise upon receiving a #renewal notice from the past company with a price hike of 125% after a year of silence. The future of AI and robotics...

Great idea, especially for those super cold days in Texas! lol But seriously, it's customer friendly. Would be huge help for those with physical limitations, elderly, moms with young children, etc. It could cut down on carjacking or property theft at the pump with the person not having to get out of the car thus leaving their phone, purse, briefcase, keys in the ignition, etc. exposed. Three questions: 1. How does one pay without getting out of the car? 2. Premium charge for using these full-service pumps? 3. Same revenue loss as pay-at-the-pump vs paying inside with potential non-gas sales?

Interesting! This raises lots of questions: - Is this really a use case? For wheelchair users and some other groups I can see this would be a great help, but where's the ROI? - What about all the other processes around refuelling? Fuel selection, payment, stretching your legs, buying a coffee - can these all be automated, or do they mean that this process can't be used? For example, can it only be used if you have a mobile payment device integrated with your vehicle? - How do you open the fuel cap? My car doesn't have a button to pop the cover, and the unscrewing of the fuel cap isn't shown here. Will that come in the next version, and require a hardware upgrade? - What about all the edge cases - motorbikes, lawnmowers, petrol caps on the rear or on the other side of the car, ... - Why develop this now, when petrol and diesel cars are being phased out? Why not develop a robot to plug in electric cars? - and of course, with fake video everywhere, even of Google Gemini - is this even real?! #robotics #cx #futureisnow
