You literally just cut equity from your enumerated ideals - you may want to take all the seats. Lumping in under “inclusion” is not a substitute for calling it out.

Really hypocritical of you to hold this conference in light of your decision to not include equity in your work and just lump it into inclusion. They are two totally different things and if you were the leader you say you are, you would know that.
