We’re thrilled to share that Shopee is #2 in Campaign360’s Southeast Asia’s Top 50 Brands 2024 list, according to results from a research survey conducted in partnership with Milieu Insight. 1,200 brands were ranked in consumer mindshare across 9 key attributes, with Shopee emerging with particularly high scores in #innovation, brand #trust and customer #advocacy. In Indonesia, Shopee scored the highest in every category, including providing a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints to consumers. Estou pra ver uma empresa com um processo de atendimento ao cliente tão moroso! Estou há vários vários dias tentando cancelar minha conta e não consigo efetuar no app e ao efetuar a solicitação via e-mail e efetuar o envio de toda documentação, foi aberto um protocolo que pediu simplesmente pra q eu refizesse o processo!?? Como assim??? Na ouvidoria então o atendimento telefônico ao notar q não vão solucionar simplesmente desligam o telefone na cara da gente... e não há um retorno efetivo. Shopee quero cancelar minha conta, um direito meu!!!
