ABM HACK: if you’re running a 1:1 or 1:Few ABM motion, each account should have a contact hitlist… Why? Overall contact engagement in an account = this metric answers whether your broader tactics are making an impact. Contact hitlist = this is where you're able to measure whether the right people who are influencing the deal(s) are actively engaging in a meaningful capacity with your GTM. As the ABM practitioner, you should be partnering with the sales team to identify and map these 25-35 contacts, and leveraging your resources to get these contacts consistently engaging in a meaningful way. An example of this in practice: You’re running a 1:Few ABM campaign. You have 12 target accounts in your cluster, all within the Gaming industry. Let’s say you’re hosting an exclusive ABM-led roundtable as a future ABM tactic. The first place you/sales should first look is at your contact hitlist to prioritize inviting the best fit contacts from there. #abm #accountbasedmarketing #gtm #b2bmarketing
