It took sixty years for the semiconductor industry to reach 500 billion, but it is widely expected that we will hit the 1 trillion mark towards the end of this decade. This explosive growth needs to come with several shifts in the way we design chips, including attracting, educating, and enabling a whole new generation of designers.
