As I hit my two-year milestone at Amazon this June, I'm filled with gratitude and pride looking back at all the learnings, achievements, and unparalleled experiences. Amazon's Leadership Principles have been my guiding light, fostering a culture that thrives on innovation, customer obsession, and problem-solving at scale. The #peculiar way of working here—writing documents instead of PPTs, working backwards from the problem, and prioritizing long-term growth over short-term profits—has been both challenging to adopt and exhilarating to execute. A key aspect of my role has been reducing customer effort through defect elimination in the customer lifecycle by building predictable process paths with robust rescue mechanisms. It has been nothing less than an adventure to maintain a high bar on the customer experience while also balancing business needs. I'm truly honored to have received three awards recognizing my contributions so far. These accolades are a testament to the amazing support and collaborative spirit of my colleagues, managers, and mentors.
