Take us out to the ballgame! We were thrilled to bring a little unexpected happiness to a group of Safelite associates last month who cheered on the Savannah Bananas at Huntington Park!

The last 8.5 years at D5 and Song were invaluable. From Super Bowl to experiential, creative to measurement and media planning, I learned so much from all the amazing humans that have made D5/Song a powerhouse. UFA is an end-to-end creative marketing firm focused on helping growth stage brands graduate from niche to mass market competitor. Many companies at this stage are rapidly expanding through new product and service offerings or expanded distribution channels or geographic footprint. As the ambition of the business grows, the game changes and it becomes clear a new marketing playbook is necessary to succeed. My ambition is to be the best partner in the world for brands as they navigate these major mindset, strategy and executional adjustments. Chubbies Shorts is a great example and I couldn't be happier to be partnering with Rainer Castillo marie malette and team. They’re poised for incredible growth and already taking the steps to elevate how they compete in the broader lifestyle apparel market. They’re a bold brand with strong values, world class product and talent. We’re only just getting started but I’m thrilled to see our partnership develop. It’s a season of change in the marketing world. I hope to influence how the creative industry evolves to create better outcomes for the talent behind the work and also the brands who commission it. If you’re a founder or a marketer and think this sounds like where your brand is today, let’s connect. If you’re freelancing, looking for a new gig, or an old friend and want to say, Hi, hit me up. More to come.
Excited to share our first work for founding client, Chubbies. ‘The A Buncha Wolves Collection’ is brought to you by an amazing crew Rainer Castillo marie malette Ashley Spencer Juvenal Cisneros Niquolas Lagleva Danny Simmons Allison Wong Scott Frost Jason Kreher Matt Sorrell Brock Kirby Forrest Holt Quentin Perry Ashley van der Laan Alex Woods and many more. We got a buncha more work rolling out soon 👀

Experts in the refurbishment and protection of Commercial Roofing and Cladding🔹 Cut Edge Corrosion specialists since 1996🔹The original Cut Edge Corrosion Experts
Managing a cub event might seem like a small task, but it's no less than managing a company. The group of very different characters in cubs, just like a company, are pushed together for a common goal. Learning and having fun is the ultimate objective in cubs, and these two things happen in every successful company. Every group has its share of shy, outgoing, and determined individuals. Some may not even want to be there, but in the end, they all have fun. The same goes for a Cub leader and a Managing Director- both roles come with their own set of challenges, but they are equally fun and rewarding. Whether it's leading a group of cubs or a team at work, the key is to keep everyone motivated and focused on the end goal. Meet Karl Hammerle! Our Account Executive who joined the team in 2019 and has been an asset to our organization. Karl focuses on business development, managing both new and existing accounts, and partnering with the dancker and DBE Systems, powered by dancker teams to provide expertise, insights, and support at an organizational level. On a personal level, he's no newbie to being in front of the camera. Karl spent a good amount of his professional career as a TV and film actor. You might recognize him as “the guy with the teeth” on Ugly Betty. He made Liam Neeson crack up between takes on Non-Stop, and even took down a helicopter with a golf ball in The Other Guys (through special effects of course!). #MeetTheCrew #BuildBetter

It feels the same being part of the team…. Why I went back. I left - met and worked with loads of great people… but it is also good to be back. Weightmans allows people to grow, leave and explore … and many former employees like me go back … Diverse experience gives Weightmans the edge .. we rejoin as better lawyers, managers, technicians… we are allowed to grow. Only one Weightmans !! #Seethepossibility; #Law; #Legelservices; #employmentlaw; #Industrialrelations; #Immigration;#pension; #earlycareers;#GDPR; #cyberprotection; #family; #healthcare; #somuchmore.
Why I love Weightmans by Sara Davies MBE, businesswoman and Dragons' Den star... "Their team offers a huge range of legal services including commercial, employment and data protection. Whenever I take on a new investment in Dragons’ Den, the team at Weightmans looks after the legal work during due diligence process. Open and friendly, it’s always a pleasure to work with the Weightmans team, and honestly I couldn’t do without them!"

EPIC Encore is an empowering journey in which I guide groups to the exact belief that is holding them back from achieving their goals. We then rewire the belief with a new, powerful goal-achieving belief.

I agree with this post 1000%. When working on a team no matter what kind of team you are working with whether the team is formal, informal, virtual, self-managed, etc., you want to make sure you get to know your team members. You want to know their strengths and weaknesses so that way a problem arises everyone on the team can find a way to help each other out to find a solution to the problem. Even after there is no need for said team, it is very important to have a great relationship and network with your members. I have been on teams in both school and the workplace where the team was able to communicate through the project which helped us be successful. I was able to build a friendship and network with these teams whom I still connect with to this day. I have also been on teams where there was not always great communication which didn't lead to the most successful results. This post also reminds me of a discussion we had in my Organizational Behavior class this past spring about "The Problem with All-Stars." The problem with All-Stars on a team is that there are too many egos at play. People may prioritize individual achievements over team success which can lead to total failure for the team and frustration between members. At the end of the day, teamwork thrives on mutual respect, collaboration and communication. As they say, there is no "I" in team! Most "All-Stars" may be used to working on an individual level which blocks out team communication. "All-Stars" may take on more challenging tasks while leaving easy and often daunting tasks for the others can lead to feelings of anger and envy so therefore teams that have been working together for a long time can beat a team of "All-Stars" that are only together for a season in a hypothetical sports game.
I truly believe that the continuity of a great team in business trumps everything. It’s just like in sports, a team that has been playing together for a long time usually beats a group of superstars that came together for just a season.

Strategic Multi-Unit Operations Executive: Driving Growth, Efficiency, and Excellence Across C-Store, Retail, and Government Relations
(Heads-up: The attachment contains some strong language, but it makes an important point.) People, People, People. The premise and foundation of any successful organization. If only this wasn't just a catchy phrase but a core value that corporations truly embraced. In my experience, investing in employees, fostering loyalty, and prioritizing training and development are not just HR initiatives—they're essential to building a thriving business. For instance, companies that invest in employee training see a 24% higher profit margin than those that don’t. Imagine a workplace where people are valued and supported every step of the way. Share your experiences and thoughts! #Leadership #EmployeeDevelopment #CorporateCulture #InvestInPeople

Proud Son of a Farmer | Husband | Father | Solving customer problems using the world's #1 CRM | Field Service SME
One of the most beautiful moments in Cincinnati men's final match was Carlos taking a moment during his speech to show love & appreciation to his big brother. A few key takeaways from that match I can relate to my day to day job. 1: Your job is not done until its done (Carlos own the 1st set and was leading 4-2 in the 2nd set, yet he didn't win the match) 2: Its okay to show emotions(or cry). In the end, we all are humans and emotions are part and parcel of our day to day work life (and of course personal life too) 3: Don't shout at your team just because you didn't get the result you wanted 4: Don't forget the team who helped you through out your journey (Carlos hasn't forgotten who helped him get there & he's making sure the world knows it as well) 5: Always smile (win or no-win). Its cost you $0
