Congratulations on stepping into your new leadership role! Now, what? How do you excel out of the gates? This sets the stage for strategic transformations. 2) Communication and Expectations Set up open communication channels and clear expectations right from the start. This fosters transparency, alignment, and cohesion within your team. 3) Listen, really listen. Understanding your team’s perspectives gives you valuable insights that shape your strategies and decisions. Keep asking why and listen. You’ll be amazed at how much you can uncover.
