How has it evolved to reach this objective? How has the Satisfaction metric evolved? What is the first response time? What is your target? <5 min <24h Do you align recruitment with this response time in your growth objectives? Do you analyze customer tickets to identify topics? Have you been able to correlate them with certain new features? Do your features aim to reduce the number of customer tickets? Over what period were these 100+ innovations put into production? What is the number of tickets for a constant number of users over this period vs. before? What metrics are you tracking to analyze this impact? Eventually, how does it impact the rest of the organization. ;)

Je comprends globalement que c est un outil qui permet entre autres d’analyser des scénarios (impact crise dans un secteur particulier sur ÇA), en utilisant toute l intelligence de l’entreprise (? Ça j ai pas bien compris). Est ce que vous avez des applications dans le secteur bancaire ?
