What is the most challenging aspect of job searching for Service Members?? Based on my own experience and surveying this space from a talent acquisition perspective for the last few years, it may come down to one question. 🤔Where do I start? 🤔 Some will transition into a similar role using the skills/experience from the military, but even then it can be daunting to target specific roles/industries that align. Others (like myself) choose to pivot and explore interests away from our roles in the military. In BOTH cases following the steps laid out here will help you start down the right path.
