Since integrating the Clay suite of products into our business, I have been so encouraged and amazed by the power of AI and automation. We all know that early education is facing a historic labor crisis, with over 100,000 fewer childcare workers compared to pre-pandemic levels . This shortage has placed immense pressure on existing educators, who often lack the necessary tools to manage their workloads effectively. Early education teachers are particularly underserved, many struggling to find time for essential tasks beyond teaching. The integration of AI through Clay has been a game-changer. It's inspiring to see the magical unlock educators experience, gaining access to tools that streamline their administrative duties, enhance their teaching methods, and ultimately allow them to focus more on the children. In these challenging times, providing educators with the right tools is more important than ever. With Clay, we're not just addressing a labor shortage; we're empowering teachers to deliver quality education, despite the odds. Let's continue to support our educators and recognize the crucial role they play in shaping the future. #EarlyEducation #AI #Automation #Childcare #EducatorSupport #ClayProducts

The systems of how the world is run is quickly evolving. Before now, getting the position was about your knowledge. Today, machines and AI can do almost everything. In the near future, it will be about our hearts; emotion, compassion, machines don’t have emotions, only data, algorithms. This will be man’s greatest advantage over machines. If we don’t evolve our brains by developing new neural pathways that capitalizes on the gifts of the heart (emotions, empathy, compassion) for analyzing and solving problems, we will be left behind in a quickly evolving world. Indeed, the kindest person in the room IS the smartest!
