The inside tip for getting an interview via a job ad on LinkedIn is to make your resume a closer match to the ad. Let’s say you are an accounting clerk/specialist/bookkeeper. Print out the ad and with your yellow highlighter, choose five (5) words that pertain to skills. For example, Candidate should have accounts payable processing experience. You put on the resume: Processed 165 monthly accounts payable dual signature checks. Another example, Successful candidate will have expenses, budgets and supply chain experience. You put on the resume: Recorded job labor costs to work in progress and generated month-end reports. Those key words will jump out at a first and a second connection. For example: IF you are interested in working for a specific company, go search for first connections for that company on LinkedIn. Let’s say you want to work for Caterpillar. Search on anyone who works for Caterpillar. Send them a message: “Hi there! I really admire Caterpillar’s core values, culture, and community spirit. I would like to apply for an accounting position and become a valued member of the team. Can you help me? Please contact me anytime! Cheers!” In other words, quantify your resume and when someone responds, be open and friendly. I hope this helps.

Contract Execution and Maintenance: Ensure the effective execution of contracts, and handle contract changes, renewals and terminations in a timely manner. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in contracts, and propose corresponding risk control and mitigation measures. Cross-departmental communication: Work closely with other departments within the company (e.g. legal, purchasing, sales, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of contracts. Contract filing and management: Create and maintain a contract database or filing system to facilitate the retrieval and analysis of contract information. Laws and regulations update: Pay close attention to changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure that the company's contract management is always in line with the laws and regulations.
