Simple: This morning was a perfect example when a customer whom we had reached out to 39 days ago about a warranty reached back out and said he was ready to schedule. He had never had any prior interaction with us or answered our calls or texts. However, because we built him a profile, we knew what he was talking about instantly and set that appointment.
