One of the things I am really looking forward to in my new role at QuestionPro is getting back to something I have missed doing - writing about CX. Check out my first article for QuestionPro's Tuesday #CX Thoughts series. It's an entertaining story that has some good CX lessons. But I think I have you beat…by the time I left Heather’s packed suitcase at home on our trip to NY for Thanksgiving with her fam and her 20th HS reunion. No Uber to the rescue here, just my credit card and a supermarket shuffle type trip thru a Long Island mall.

Thanks for sharing this experience Raj. I wonder if you feel extra loyalty to Uber now? Even though they didn't do anything out of the ordinary, that solution came through in a pinch.

This was an excellent read and great distraction from the presentation I should be ready to give in a few hours (but I am not). I did laugh, but it was because I was imagining the situation play out. I share similar anxiety about either leaving things behind or bringing something along that I meant to leave behind. Great problem-solving! That was probably the most time and cost-efficient way to address those needs.
