Everything is permissible but not all things are beneficial. One of the greatest assets you need is the discernment to know when to say NO. ✴ Saying NO doesn't mean: ~ Denying people what they deserve. ~ Rejecting privileges. ~ Being a fool and letting people ride on you. ~ Shying away from responsibilities. ✴ SAYING NO simply means: ~ Knowing when to walk away from a relationship. ~ Knowing when to accept a friendship. ~ Knowing when to turn down an offer even if it looks enticing. ~ Understanding the times and seasons of your life. ~ Understanding the demands of God for your life and keying into it. ~ Knowing when to shut down the noisiness of life ~ Knowing what to do and doing it at the right time. 💙 If you want to go far in life and achieve excellence, You need to grow beyond accepting everything and learn how to say NO! 💙 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭 ♻ 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞. Happy New Week fam💙💙

Gratitude is a wonderful way to celebrate birthday. Here are six things I’m grateful for: 1. **God's Love and Grace**: Reflecting on the unconditional love and grace that God has shown throughout your life. 2. **Family and Friends**: Being surrounded by loved ones who support and care for you. 3. **Health and Well-being**: Gratitude for the gift of health and the ability to celebrate another year of life. 4. Client Relationships: Gratitude for the trust and relationships built with clients, which are crucial in your profession. 5. Professional Growth: Appreciating the knowledge gained and skills honed in the real estate 6. Experiences and Memories: Adventures and moments that shaped who you are. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME🎉🎊🥳🎂

As we begin the second quarter of 2024, we must be aware of the biggest enemy of all the good things we desire in our lives and careers - FEAR. That feeling that we aren’t really good enough, second guessing all our choices and creating monsters in our heads that prevent us from taking the necessary steps and reaching out to the relevant persons. We can’t do anything about the fear, but we can do what we need to do regardless of it. And the more results we have, the more confident we get, and the more the fear dissipates. Cheers to a second quater of taking bold steps. Cheers to an April of feeling the fear but doing it anyway. Cheers to a Happy New Month.

Uncovering a Profound Lesson Have you ever stopped to think about what truly matters in the grand scheme of things? A parable in Matthew 20:1-16 opened my eyes to a profound truth: It's not about how long or how hard we've toiled, or the positions we've achieved. What really captures God's attention is how fruitful we are – understanding our unique role in His plan and excelling in it. This story also highlights a powerful contrast: the beauty of gratitude versus the pitfalls of envy and greed. Time and again, being genuinely thankful for what we have wins over harboring jealousy or always wanting more. It's a reminder that I should focus more on appreciating God's grace and generosity, rather than getting caught up in comparisons and complaints. In essence, this lesson isn't just about working in the vineyard; it's about working with the right attitude and perspective.

Need To Know! Firstly, know what you want, when you do you have clarity on getting it. Your knowledge gives you a stronger ability to discern events or things that come your way. Most often people are unsure of what they want, hence they are usually quick to settle for whatever. Yes, sometimes what you get might look like it’s what you want but with time you will come to a point of feeling No! This is not for me. The first step is always to take the time you need to know what you want. If you are unsure or need clarification, seek professional advice and ask the Lord in prayers. Happy New Month! Be Blessed.
