Nurse Staffing and Patient Outcomes: Strategies for Improvement 📈📊 As healthcare professionals, we all know that nurse staffing levels can significantly impact patient outcomes. But what does the research say about this issue? According to a recent article from AdventHealth University, there is strong evidence that higher nurse staffing levels are associated with better patient outcomes, including lower mortality rates, lower rates of hospital-acquired infections, and shorter hospital stays.
