(Diversity / Inclusion) Simplified and easy to grasp example/message from a thought leader. Comments to the post is equally interesting and valuable. It is challenging yet the rewards for the invested efforts are highly commendable and significant. From the experiences in a highly diverse international corporation, the values created and delivered by the diversity were beyond our expectations throughout the organization from small to big teams, and the efforts to implement and manage it, often the conflicts, itself creates the values with making us think differently. #diversity #inclusion #team #organization

Absolutely, understanding the strengths of your team members is crucial in effective leadership. By knowing what each person excels in, you can delegate tasks accordingly to ensure the best outcome. Furthermore, it can boost team morale and productivity when individuals are assigned tasks that align with their skills and interests. Poor delegation, on the other hand, can lead to inefficiency, frustration, and low morale. If tasks are consistently assigned to individuals who don't have the appropriate skills or interest, it could lead to poor performance and dissatisfaction within the team. Good leaders not only recognize the strengths of their team members but also provide opportunities for them to grow and develop in their areas of interest. This not only improves the overall performance of the team but also fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
