There’s nothing like the morning after your sports team having a big result, whether that be a win or a defeat. For me personally, the results of Spurs and The Chiefs can really dictate my mood. Usually one team tends to win, which means I feel pretty enthusiastic for the week ahead. But why should the results of my sports teams, situations I have no say in, dictate my mood? It just shows that Sports can bring out the best and worst in people On the one hand, Sports teach you teamwork, discipline, strategy, competitiveness and dedication. On the other hand, sports can make you Irrational, frustrated and delusional.
