In my recent experience at #Corporate. I've observed a concerning trend. Every task is delegated without proper respect for the job designation it requires. If you're willing to take on a role and start working diligently, after completing 50% of the project, it's often transferred to another employee, along with a new project assignment. What's puzzling is that while you're working on your project, you don't receive an assistant developer. However, when the project is transferred to someone else, they are provided with an assistant. I find myself questioning why this happens. It's a situation that needs addressing. 1. Consistency in Support: Ensure that all projects receive consistent support throughout their lifecycle, regardless of who is assigned. 2. Respect for Roles: Assign tasks according to the designated job roles to maintain clarity and efficiency. 3. Transparency: Communicate clearly the reasons behind project transfers and the criteria for assigning assistant developers. 4. Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism to address concerns and improve the delegation process. Has anyone else encountered similar situations?
