The incumbent will regularly add and edit participating provider records in accordance with organizational and network processing guidelines. The driven individual will also coordinate communication with designated provider groups, and will create and implement electronic provider rosters on behalf of the department. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Analyze, research, and input relevant data for providers added to the organization's network through individual contracts, facility/ancillary contracts and/or newly acquired group contracts. Maintain changes to current provider files including provider terminations. Provider records to be updated include but are not limited to: practitioner, facility, ancillary, and group records. 2. Obtain missing data and update provider profiles specific to provider directory and/or client data extracts. 3. Research and respond to all adhoc requests

Address is 18500 N Allied Way, Phoenix, AZ 85054 --- In office T, W, TH (remote on M & F) Duration: 12 month+ contract Sub vending allowed: Yes Visa Constraints : None Background info It is undergoing a massive digital transformation of their Enterprise Asset Management (Oracle EAM) groups and is in need of a Sr. Data Analyst to analyze and assess the success of some of the changes that have been implemented (e.g. are we driving the savings we anticipated? are we keeping fleets up and running? are end users adopting the changes?). This role is within the Training & Organizational Change Management group and interacts closely with the Enterprise Asset Management teams because this stage of digital transformation is tied to EAM (service, maintenance of vehicle fleet). Data sources are primarily Oracle and ServiceNow reports. Most of the reports are pre-built, but the analyst will need to run some SQL queries to pull data out of Oracle directly, then mesh the data together in Excel and use a unique identifier to connect the dots and analyze the data so you can present findings to management. The position will be a pretty even split between data analytics and cross-functional collaboration. You'll interact closely with the UAT team and training team to ensure alignment cross-functionally.
