As hiring managers, we all know the struggle of navigating a seemingly never-ending to-do list. Despite our best efforts, sometimes it feels like there just aren’t enough hours in the day. If you find yourself constantly battling to keep up with your duties, it might be a sign that you need to consider partnering with a more capable staffing agency. Here’s why: 🔍 Fast Hiring: Specialized staffing agencies handle the heavy lifting of sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This means you can find the right talent quickly and efficiently. 💼 Lower Risk: Vetted candidates are more likely to fit well with your team and company culture. If things don’t work out, replacements are often at no extra cost. 📉 Reduced Workload: By outsourcing the hiring process, you free up time to focus on higher-level activities and strategic planning. Partnering with a staffing agency allows you to stay productive without compromising your work-life balance. It’s a smart move that can help you meet your deadlines, reduce stress, and maintain a happy, healthy team. #StaffingSolutions #HiringManagers #WorkloadManagement #Productivity #WorkLifeBalance #Recruitment #HumanResources

If you are a recruiter that feels burned out, you should check out this article that my good friend Anna Peters sent me AND seriously consider what you want the next 10 years of your career to look like. 4 things this article mentioned as burnout symptoms that SmartRank addresses in one way or another: Exhaustion - we minimize so many of the manual tasks (e.g., reviewing résumés) associated with recruiting which enables recruiters to accomplish more in an 8 hour day than they would in a 14 hour day Cynicism and Pessimism - this talks about conflict at work. HMs and recruiters ALWAYS have conflict, even if it's not overt. SmartRank helps to bridge this gap that that exists at most companies because our solution pulls both parties on the same page and accountability is shared amongst all parties involved in the hiring process Reduced productivity - reviewing resumes and all the other tasks a recruiter must do are SO manual in nature and therefore their productivity plummets. Automate the tasks that can be automated and you increase productivity, which is exactly what SmartRank does Feeling of stagnation - of course...the basic recruiting process hasn't changed in 25-years, and industry experts talk about this ALL the time. SmartRank fundamentally approaches recruiting in a better and different way The only part of the article where they lost me is when they talk about solutions for overcoming burnout. "Setting goals" "maintaining work-life balance" and "getting adequate sleep" are nice, but those solutions alone are not going to massively reduce burnout because they are not tangible enough. If you want to reduce burnout, then you need to: 1. Objectively look at your TA tools and processes (hint: if you are still manually looking and managing every applicant one-by-one, and you're still sending résumés to hiring managers, then you need to ask yourself why) 2. Make some fundamental changes in the technology you're using (hint: if you're not reducing your manual tasks by 30% - 50%, then you're not even trying) 3. Introduce technology and processes that are actually NEW (hint: updating job descriptions and trying to have better intake meetings are not even scratching the surface) If you are a TA and/or HR leader that truly wants to reduce burnout on your team, then it's time for less talk and more action with SmartRank!! #talentacquisition #talentacquisitionmanager #innovation #hiring

📌 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞: 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲? I've read this article from Harvard Business Review about workplace experience and I'd like to share with you a little summary in case you don't have time to read it. ✒ In one word: keep in mind that a good #WorkplaceExperience has to be part of your decision when you apply for a job. You have to ensure that the atmosphere is conducive to work, good understanding, collaboration but also fellowship. 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘 In a recent FlexJobs survey, 42% of workers contemplate quitting due to toxic workplace culture. Don't let excitement blind you—consider these insights: 𝗕𝗮𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: According to Joel Lalgee, founder of The Realest Recruiter, poor communication, ghosting, and endless interviews can signal a broken company. Watch out for these red flags! 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝘆 — 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝘆: A candid workplace conversation can be revealing. Look out for subtle cues, and don't hesitate to ask follow-up questions. Your due diligence matters. 𝗟𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: High turnover rates, highlighted in the article, could indicate toxicity. Job postings, alerts, and Glassdoor reviews are valuable tools for assessing company culture. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲: A FlexJobs survey found 20% had recently quit due to toxic culture, and the American Psychological Association reported 22% feeling their work environment harmed their mental health. 𝐌𝐘 𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐀𝐒 𝐀 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 In the pursuit of a positive work environment, consider the role of a #WorkplaceExperienceManager. This key position focuses on employee well-being, and fostering a healthier workplace. The WEM is key to creating a sense of belonging in a company and listening to people to understand their needs. Keep in mind that if the company you target has a WEM, it's probably a good signal. And it's maybe someone to talk to to have clues about the office atmosphere 😇 Don't just change jobs—change for the better. Your career deserves a supportive and thriving environment. #WorkplaceWellness #JobSearchTips #CareerAdvice #EmployeeExperience I poke my dream team who's working so hard at Global Savings Group to impulse positivity at the offices through simple but impactful solutions 👌 Naara Comabella Charlène Porée Edmundo Pichardo Raphael Völker Gea Bonaffini Priyadarshani Rao Liyana Hassan Christiana Lawal Paloma Clavería Joanna Marciniak. Big up also to the top management who is supporting this vision and works hard on an empowering company culture! ---://
