HHS announces that Version 2 of the TEFCA Common Agreement is live! https://lnkd.in/gqQiEVuh The RCE (Sequoia Project) also announced updates to TEFCA SOPs. But if you can only read one TEFCA SOP today- read the "Exchange Purpose (XP) Implementation: Treatment" - providing details around TEFCA exchange for Treatment, now with a Level 1 and Level 2 definitions - with two different XP codes. Looks like there has been some real work at putting some brackets around what constitutes valid Treatment queries under TEFCA. https://lnkd.in/gAUNiYDs

Calling All Plans -- Your Call Center Performance For 2025 Star Is Now In HPMS! CMS just announced the availability of the Feb-May 2024 Call Center Performance Data. Portions of these performance reports are used to calculate the key Part C and D Call Center Foreign Language/TTY measures. Remember that while Disenrollment and Complaints are counted once each in the overall Star ratings, the Part C and D Call Center measures are both counted in the overal rating. These measures are 4 weighted and many plans struggle with them. Now is the time to download the reports and analyze them. Compare them to your internal tracking sheets to ensure what CMS has said is accurate and ties to your internal documentation of when a CMS call came in and what happened. Remember, too, that these measures were the subject of lawsuits for 2024 Star -- and plans won. Be aggressive if you feel there are errors. 🚀 Tomorrow is the second kick-off call for the C4SCS’ #DSCSA Trace #Interoperability Pilot! Following the first session on Monday, participants will discuss the pilot's goals, steps, and timeline. The PDG Blueprint establishes the foundation, providing a workable Trace model, data attribute definitions, and TI Request / TI Response messages. These messages can be exchanged via email or API, as defined by the maturity model in Chapter 5 of the Blueprint. This brief pilot will test the exchange of these message sets between solutions, exercise the extraction of TI Request and TI Response data, and offer insights for enhancing interoperability and data quality among all Trace solutions within the EDDS system.
