We have recently completed 5 years, and my team had this small surprise celebration planned for me, which brought back many memories for me. Although 5 years might seem short compared to the big players who've been around for decades, remember, they were once 5 years old too. I remember I was sitting with a friend in a small room when I thought of building this company. My dreams for this company were massive, and guess what? We've already hit some really cool milestones. We kicked things off with only two folks and two kinds of tech. But look at us now—we're diving into so many technologies that I can hardly keep count. We've got over 40 super-talented folks on board, and let me tell you, they're all superstars at what they do. This team is all I have, they are the reason we are celebrating this 5-year anniversary, and they will be the reason for our 50th-year anniversary as well. Thanks to everyone who has been part of this team, both who are here and those who moved on. And guess what? Our journey is still going strong. If you're super talented and have a passion for what we do, we're totally open to having you on our team. We're all about breaking barriers, reaching new goals, and making awesome memories. Today is my two year work anniversary at Tempo Software! 🎉 Here are some lessons I've learnt: - Company culture is an individual effort. - There's no need to rush a decision or reply. - Find low hanging fruits, and fulfil them quickly. - Stakeholder relationships matter. Befriend everyone. - Showing what was done is as important as doing the work. - Boundaries are important to not be pulled in every direction. - Try not to stress too much. The bad times blow over quickly. - Working with smart, conscientious people makes work easy. - To not get seen as purely tactical communicate strategy too. Tempo does $100m+ ARR, and last year I was promoted to own the product marketing for our SaaS division and products! It's great to work on award-winning products, and an overall winning company. I've learnt a lot working here, and appreciate the amazing culture we have. Here's to many more years! For now, I celebrate. 🤝

2 Years at SPARETECH 🥳🎉 Today marks my 2-year anniversary with this incredible team, and it's the perfect moment for some reflection. ✨ Amid the daily grind, it's easy to feel like you haven't achieved much, but taking a step back can reveal just how far you've come. In the last two years, I've embarked on an epic rollercoaster of learning, growth, and accomplishments. The team I helped build tested, failed, and ultimately succeeded. While some of the seeds we've sown are still growing and have yet to bear fruit, I'm confident to some more highlights will be added to the list below! Here are some of my highlights: ✅ 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝘅2: We didn't settle for the ordinary; we reworked our website not once, but twice, to ensure it reflects our evolving story and converts. ✉️ 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 & 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿: Communication is key, and we added a newsletter to keep our partners and customers in the loop, sharing the latest insights and updates. 🌐 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲-𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: We didn't just talk; we walked the talk by creating a series of events, including webinars, summits, and customer roundtables, to provide real value to our community. 📚 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲: We built a content engine that keeps churning out valuable resources and insights, making sure our audience stays engaged and informed. 📊 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: With a focus on getting more transparency into our data, we've empowered ourselves with better insights to drive decision-making. And there's more!
