On average, we all live longer today thanks to several new technologies and understanding of people's body, but still, our health-span, the amount of time we spend without chronical pains and age related illnesses, is not increasing as fast. There are many ways in which the beauty industry can accompany consumers in this journey: - 🌍take inspiration from the Blu Zones of the world to discover new super ingredients, develop multi-age communities and promote active lifestyles - 👱♀️Have an age-inclusive approach to beauty and consequently move away from the youth-centric beauty standard. This will allow companies to fight age anxiety, which causes high level of stress and dissatisfaction among younger generations today, and highlight the beautyful things that every age has to offer - 💉the Anti-aging market is definitely increasing but this is not because more people want to fight the signs of aging. It is because the anti-aging market is expanding its boundaries to include also Pro-aging: look your age, but better; and Longevity: promote health and comfort. - 🧬Our lives are marked by hormonal cycles and although when they arrive they bring some minor problema, they are fundamental for the correct functioning of our body. Beauty has the possibility to accompany and support the consumers through these cycles, and this will allow the company to move away from a company that is just selling beautyfying products, and evolve instead into a true "lifestyle brand".
