S̶u̶n̶n̶y̶ Saturday Slow-Down Sessions 🚶🏿♂️ After a week mostly spent in front of a screen, I find it massively important to carve out some time away from one. Today, I went for a walk along a regular route and stopped at the same spot where I took a picture just three months ago. Most days, weeks, and even months, it's hard to spot changes. However, that doesn't mean changes aren't taking place. Growth and transformation aren't always immediately visible, but the daily efforts compound. 2023 was a crazy roller coaster ride. It was a year of new partnerships, transformation, learning and meaningful collaborations. When I look back I realise that there is so much that happened last year: 1/ I got married to the most wonderful Khushbu Balpande last year which is surely the start of the biggest partnership in my life 2/ While I did angel investing before, last year I syndicated for my closest college buddy’s startups (Whatmore). Helping them through ideation to raising a seed round was a completely new experience 3/ This was also a year when a few colleagues/friends from Perpule started their startup journeys (Hotelzify etc.). It was awesome to see them taking giant strides and loved every moment of helping them in the venture world 4/ I also explored different domains to figure out what I want to do next. This reignited my love for deep tech and went through a rabbit hole of Electronics/Semiconductors and longevity/Geriatric Ecosystems In 2024, while I will continue doing more of everything above, I also plan to write more and share my journey and learnings more consistently.
