I recently observed a trend where people tend to share more of their personal stories on LinkedIn, a platform originally designed for professional networking. This shift is gradually fading the original purpose LinkedIn was known for, posing an intriguing question about the platform's evolving identity. Now, admins can enable or disable this feature via inbox settings, allowing you to see messages to their pages alongside their personal inbox. In 2024, many platforms have shifted towards private messaging or 'channels' (if you're an Instagram fan) for more intimate audience connections. LinkedIn is following suit with this feature.
