If you have just finished your degree this is a great opportunity to start your career in Social Work. This is the hardest part of my job, telling NQSWs that we are very limited on how much we can help. I try to give as much advice as possible but that's as much as we can do most times. The general advice is: Once you have sent your CV, follow up with an email (HR, Team Managers and Service Managers). 🤪 If you don't have their emails, LinkedIn! You're on here to network so network!
