I've always found when PMs do this, when I start to give them analogies where they can relate to and understand better, this helps. Sometimes I ask PMs to walk me through their thinking for the solution, and when I start to ask questions, the PMs also starts to understand the limitations of their solution.

Love the line about positive and negative intent Mollie Cox ⚫️ 👍 Even thought it may not be the best thing, I'm sure there are plenty of PMs that come with wireframes with the mindset that they may be saving a PD work.
I feel ALL of this and I've been saying this exact thing for literal decades.
Understanding the why for any problem always helps get the best solution!
