Job Summary: Mobiloitte Technologies is seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques, with at least 3 years of experience in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and increasing online visibility. Key Responsibilities: On-Page SEO: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimization. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve search engine rankings. Ensure website architecture and structure are optimized for search engines. Conduct technical SEO audits and implement necessary fixes to improve website performance. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content creation processes. Optimize meta tags, headers, URL structures, and image alt texts. Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, and websites for backlink opportunities. Monitor and analyze competitors’ backlink profiles to identify new link-building opportunities. Manage online reputation and brand mentions. Leverage social media platforms to enhance off-page SEO efforts. Analytics and Reporting: Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor and analyze website performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. At least 2/3 years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on both on-page and off-page optimization. Proven track record of improving organic search engine rankings and driving organic traffic growth. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
