Executive Assistant to Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Chair - OUTspoken (LGBTQ+ ERG) at Dotdash Meredith (Alum - Kirkland & Ellis, Guggenheim Partners, Newmark Knight Frank)
Thank you to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team at Dotdash Meredith over the past 6 months, DeLonzo Rhodes, Diane Parker, Lesley Robinson, Daniel Fontanez, SHRM-CP, for this recognition for my time as a co-chair within the ERG space and for keeping these amazing programs front and center for Employee engagement and development. ------------------- When I started at Dotdash in November 2019, I was extremely excited to be working at a company that took pride in the Employee Resource Groups that were being formed and planning programming to engage and develop and in the Importance of DEI as a whole. In 2020, I became the Events & Community Chair of our then LGBTQ+ ERG, Dotdash Pride. Over the next two years, it was an honor to work along side Eddie Mercado and Shu Wan to develop and execute programming for our LGBTQ+ employees, especially finding new ways to engage during COVID19 restrictions and Work From Home. Upon our growth into Dotdash Meredith, I closed out my time as a Co-Chair, working with Eddie, Shu, Jason Sheeler, Daniel Fontanez, SHRM-CP and Patrick Gomez to relaunch the Dotdash Meredith LGBTQ+ ERG, OUTspoken! I am excited to continue working with this fabulous team as a member of OUTspoken's Steering Committee. #team #thankyou #employeeengagement #ergs #dei #lgbtq
