Yesterday I celebrated my 32nd wedding anniversary with Hela Wozniak-Kay. It’s fair to say ours is one heck of a partnership. As the 32nd anniversary’s gift is “conveyance”, I thought I'd share our “32 ways to carry each other”. 1. Have an outrageous wedding with at least 11 bridesmaids and 11 ushers. 2. Take it in turns to cook tasty food. 3. Then rate it out of 10. 4. If it’s a daft idea, go with it. 5. Adopt a rescue cat. Call it Snugglepuss. Or Copycat.  6. Buy an old school Mary Quant Mini. 7. Get in the Mini and drive to Scotland. 8. Buy your clothes from charity shops. 9. Do your own washing, 10. Dance naked in the kitchen. 11. Bake your own bread. 12. Clean the fridge. 13. Let each other speak. Eventually. 14. Make at least one Christmas pudding. 15. Don’t lose your keys.  16. Or phone. 17. Turn up on time. Eventually. 18. Have picnics. With egg sandwiches. 19. Iron the bedsheets. 20. Watch mindless telly together. In bed. 21. Say you’re sorry. And mean it. 22. Make love in a forest. Or a wardrobe. 23. Celebrate New Year. 24. Never pass up a photo opportunity. 25. Say “I love you” as often as you can. 26. Make a signature dish. 27. Agree on either quilted or ultra-soft. Then stick to it. 28. Never run out of garlic. 29.
