2023 was really special.
Energy, resilience and collaboration to the limit, bringing a lot of good outcomes and fun out of it.
2023 also comes to its end bringing the end of another cycle for me.
18 months ago I started a Transformational journeys sitting at the heart of the #RenewDanone strategy for #Dairy with 2 key objectives to be delivered:
(1) Portfolio strategy implemented across top 12 Dairy markets;✅
(2) Craft and implement a Danone MasterBrand architecture so Danone can start shining back in shelves in strong collaboration with our Key Markets.✅
I worked hard it’s true but need to admit I was really lucky.
* Lucky to have the chance to know how dairy segment behaves and how Danone portfolio plays in different markets with different dairy culture and affordability realities - Latam, AMEA, Europe, etc.
* Lucky to understand the real value this capability has to unleash growth by god resource allocation, simplification or intentional portfolio expansion;
* Lucky to have had the chance to work with great professionals inside and outside Danone (Gustavo Lara, Rita Pestana, Laura Rapino, Achraf Fayda, Javier Pejito, Beril Yagci Afacan, Marina Fernie, Isaac Díaz Marín, Rick Nijhuis, Jordi Guitart Clermont, Eric MAFFERT, Julie Lecuyer Alizant, Gabriela Hernandez Galindo, Jasmine Delame-Lelièvre (Steinger), Julien Humbert, Guilherme Ferreira, Eleanor Lloyd Malcolm, Amelia Gandar, @Louise and Diana Caracota, MBA) just to name a few partners in crime. This under the sponsorship, trust and autonomy granted by Arancha Cordero to make it happen;
So, just wanted to thank you all a lot for everything throughout this chapter.
2024 is just around the corner with new new challenges at higher stakes ready to be beaten.
