And… it’s a wrap! Three intensive days of #training by the motivated (and motivating!) Joint Secretariat Team of the Interreg Europe programme. And we still smile 😊, even broader than at the beginning of day 1. Why? 💪Because as Lead Partners we are now empowered with more #knowledge and more efficient instruments to (better) coordinate our #projects. 👏Because we appreciate the efforts made to #simplify the complex #management processes to focus more intensively on creating good #results (better #policies thanks to #interregional #exchange and learning). 👋Because we had time to #network and explore synergies for #collaboration with peer projects - like between the DEBUTING Project and ACCELERATE GDT (so nice to meet again, John Hobbs and Claudia Soncin from TCI Network) 🤝Because we could #meet our project officers in person. 🌇Because some of us could experience Lille for the first time, with the team guiding us through the „best-of“ spots in town. 😃And, last but not least, because we enjoyed the humour and #creativity of the whole team that made the learning an exciting activity.
