During the session I tried to explained that the choice of methodology is totally depends upon the type of measurement scale (type of variable). Otherwise, we would have spurious relationship among variables - examples and applications were presented from the literature. Therefore it is important to understand the type of data. 

The Department of Governance and Global Studies is organising the next session of its research methods workshops series.
