I help IT teams do their best work. Ticket Volume Podcast Host and Product Marketing Geek at InvGate

IT has a terrible reputation. And we have our culture and society to thank for that, because so many people thought that IT was going to be the job where you didn't need to talk to people. And as we are trying to diversify and grow our industry to include people who like talking to people, and people that don't LOOK like they work in IT... AND... Women! So if you aren't already thinking this way, this episode of Ticket Volume - IT Podcast will convince you. It's time to start evolving away from the monoculture of IT and toward the a diverse ecosystem of technologists that can accomplish anything! Huge props to Caitlin Price, Valence Howden and Chris Chagnon for their contribution to this episode; thanks for weighing in team! What stereotype do you run into? Which ones didn't we cover? #TicketVolume #DiversifyIT #GenerationalHealing #IT

Hate us? Hmmm! Wish we did more to help them! Definitely! But collaboration is a partnership and when it works, wow. Looking forward to hearing the pundits views Matt Beran !

"Tell me what you tried" is sooo much better than, "What did you do?"
