One of the most fun projects we worked on recently was a commercial spot for The Somers Team, a leader in Philly's residential real estate scene. And what a dynamic scene it is, with houses selling sight-unseen without inspections in 24 hours. So they didn't really need any help there....
Where Milk Street really hit the mark was by helping The Somers Team acquire more listings. And therein the idea for "What's Your Number?" was born. An on-the-nose comedic script, a top-notch production team and a superb cast was the formula for success here, evidenced by the leadership at KWPhilly to state that this was one of the best real estate commercials they've seen in a long time.
We're are thankful to have had such an awesome client to work with on this one and who embraced our idea with as much excitement as we had for it. But our work didn't stop there. Be sure to check out the other video work we produced for The Somers Team at: https://lnkd.in/gtrH2HHZ. This included another spot, "It's Good To Be Home" which leveraged an emotionally-charged script with high-quality cinematic stock footage, as well as a series of profiles that positioned The Somers Team as an "Expert In Every Neighborhood". Enjoy!

On today’s episode we navigate the struggles of identity, representation, and the unsettling reality of opportunities disproportionately eluding creators of color. As online creators, our digital presence is not just about social media, but a manifestation of our creative selves, making the loss of access much more than a technical glitch.
Drawing on personal experiences and insights from the online creator community, we explore how digital spaces are not merely platforms, but mirrors reflecting our aspirations, expressions, and connections. The loss of these spaces due to factors beyond our control can have far-reaching implications on our self-identity and creative momentum. Join us as we challenge the norms, question the biases, and strive for a digital world that embraces the multifaceted creativity of all its inhabitants.
