Want to know what aspect of Auror’s approach I’m most proud of? It’s how our Customer Success team shows up to partner with our retailers. Every. Single. Day. We finished last week on a real high with a Customer Value Review with Clint Reid CPP, the Head of Group Security at Marks and Spencer. This included reflecting on colleague safety stories, Police collaboration & the latest product innovation. We also identified areas where we can improve as one team, because there’s always room for growth. Here’s some of the secret sauce that has been incredibly impactful with the M&S teams so far: ➡ An extension of Clint’s team Customer Success at Auror learned the DNA of M&S. We’ve become an extension of Clint’s team, speaking their language & understanding what makes their colleagues tick. ➡ Make it easy The Customer Success team are masters of simplicity. They demonstrate to colleagues how easy the platform is to use and how it makes them safer in stores. This, coupled with the growing cohort of user-champions across M&S means it’s a no-brainer for their colleagues to use (and love). ➡ Make it fun We’re loud, yellow and always bringing the energy, because why wouldn’t you want to have fun at work?
