ZOOM is leveling up big time! Their new AI companion is great! Here’s a snippet from an AI summary sent to my email after a meeting today: “Charles differentiated himself from other solution providers by exclusively working with coaches and having a coaching background. Charles emphasized that coaching is about building relationships, not just filling up calendars, and highlighted the importance of booking meaningful appointments. Monday’s are my high level/helicopter view day where I spend time working on the business rather than in it. The Kaizen methodology remains one of my go to approaches, encouraging us to lean into change, self evaluation, incremental improvement and radical candor. This morning I’ve spent time reviewing our in-house elearning modules and made notes for improvement, while watching a recorded ai conference presented during the weekend by the team at Mindvalley. Since its Sunday, let's talk about rest. And presentations. Lectures, seminars, workshops and courses need an ebb and flow.
