Deloitte US Chief Purpose & DEI Officer and Global Chief Sustainability Officer

For over two decades, #ImpactDay has been a reflection of our purpose in action and our ongoing commitments to make an impact that matters. To me, this annual day of service exemplifies the strength and values of Deloitte’s culture and how, through connection and collaboration, we can help drive progress toward building a more equitable future for all. Today, I had the opportunity to spend my Impact Day in Boston volunteering with The Posse Foundation, West End House, More Than Words Junior Achievement of Greater Boston, and New England Innocence Project organizations whose missions align with our ongoing purpose commitments and actions aimed at driving social and economic prosperity in the communities where we live and work. It was a great day in the community with my colleagues Alicia Rose, Douglas Beaudoin, Rebecca Chasen and Kevin McGovern alongside many others! Thank you to the 45,000+ Deloitte professionals across the US who participated in this year’s Impact Day, and a huge shoutout to the teams who work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring Impact Day to life every year. #OurPurposeImpacts
